Book here: https://peatix.com/event/4671371/view About SATANAMA Lab We transform yoga mats that have reached the end of their original life into new products through upcycling, making use of their material and shape. Discarded yoga mats are one source of environmental burden. We make a variety of products with the hope of spreading a more earth-friendly way of life and widening the range of actions people can take. We believe upcycling can be kind not only to the planet, but also to ourselves. How did you feel when you first bought your yoga mat? For some, it may have marked a new step or a fresh beginning. SATANAMA Lab upcycles mats full of those feelings. Through difficult times and happy ones, we have practiced on these mats. They hold our memories. It feels a little sad to simply throw away a yoga mat that has been there for our everyday changes and growth. Through upcycling, we hope to create a way of life that is kind to the earth and to ourselves. We have received lovely feedback: "It made for a fulfilling Sunday afternoon—I'm glad I joined!" "It was great to meet and connect with new people." "I'm glad I learned about upcycling." "It was lovely that the children could help while playing too." Thank you for all these encouraging words!
