As a general rule, returns for reasons attributable to the customer are not accepted after delivery.
Because we use upcycled materials, individual items vary in color, pattern, load capacity, durability and the scratches or marks characteristic of the material. Returns based on these individual variations are not accepted.
Please check that the items you receive match your order.
We take care with product quality. If an item is damaged, soiled, faulty or different from your order, please contact us within seven days of delivery.
Returns, exchanges or refunds of the product price are available only for unopened items. In these cases, we cover shipping costs.
For returns for reasons attributable to the customer, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
How to return an item
After receiving our confirmation that your return request has been accepted, check the instructions below and return the item within ten days of your application.
• Write your registered name, address, phone number, order number and email address used for the purchase accurately on the shipping label. Write firmly so the information is legible on duplicate copies.
• We cannot accept a return if the information on the shipping label differs from your registered information or cannot be read. We do not cover shipping costs incurred in these circumstances.
• You may be responsible for shipping costs depending on the reason for return, including returns for customer convenience. We cannot accept shipments sent with postage payable on delivery without our prior agreement.
Refund information
We issue a refund after confirming receipt of the returned item and notify you by email once it is complete. Processing times vary by card provider, so the timing of the credit to your card may differ.
Due to the nature of our products, cancellations are not accepted after payment is confirmed.
