It is made from upcycled used yoga mats, mainly PVC or TPE. The material is soft and lightweight, suitable for plants and everyday use.

Water drains through the joints of the mat. Indoors, use a saucer or let the pot drain in a place that can get wet before putting it back.

It can be used for a long time under normal conditions. Avoid direct sunlight and excessive moisture to help it last longer.

Yes, it can be washed by hand or in a washing machine. Allow it to dry thoroughly before use.

When not in use, unfasten the snaps and lay it flat for compact storage.

After collection, mats are washed with a mild detergent and disinfected with alcohol before use.

Credit card payments are accepted as a single payment only. Your card provider may take time to process the charge. Please contact your provider for details.

We generally do not enclose or send a paper statement unless requested. Your order confirmation email serves as your order statement.

Yes. Please provide the details in the order notes at checkout. We generally send it as follows:

• If the order is delivered to the purchaser, it is enclosed with the items.
• If the delivery address differs from the purchaser's address, it is mailed to the purchaser.

An order confirmation email is sent automatically within 10 minutes of purchase. If it does not arrive, please contact us using the contact form. An incorrect email address or email filtering may be preventing delivery.
